Stayed recently. Location is great. The staff was really helpful and kind. The room we stayed is good & really comfortable also you can enjoy great view over Sarajevo city and the skyline.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The atmosphere was relaxing, everything was clean and well organized. I especially want to highlight Ayla at the reception , she is truly exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, and warm attitude made me feel so welcomed. She went above and beyond to help with anything I needed, always with a smile. Ayla is a true asset to the hotel, and one of the main reasons I’d gladly come back. Highly recommended!
Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The food, service, hospitality everything was really good. The staff have been very warm and helpful. Since the hotel is within the city you have easy access to the market, SCC and many stores and outlets. Thank you for the experience.
Great hotel with amazing panorama views of the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is well situated very near the the historical center and there are many options for restaurants and night life. The hotel cafe has a great balcony with more incredible views of the city. The only note is although there is an elevator to get to the lobby, there is no elevator to get to your room, so we had to walk up three flights of stairs. Was certainly unexpected.
I've only been to the small restaurant at the top so this review is for that. If you find yourself in Sarajevo and you might feel like avoiding the crowd on a warm summer's night - this is the place to be. The entrace is just to the right of the eternal flame. An elevator takes you right up. The restaurant features a 360° terrace. It's such a unique place over looking the old town east and city centre on the west. The atmosphere is very nice and chill. I mostly just drink a juice or tea to relax from the crown below. I did try one time the Saint Sebastian cake. Was really good. They don't always have it on offer though. Pancakes/Crepes are also good.
